| I hereby waive and release South paws Doggie Day Care and its owners and employees, Lisa Hirtle and any other trainer for this class, and R + a reward based dog training school and its owners and employees, from any and all liability for any injury to myself or my dog resulting from the action of any dog (including my own) and I expressly assume the risk of any such damage or injury while attending any dog training session. Should my dog or I do any damage to another person, property or other dog(s), I shall accept full responsibility for any damages. |
